The same-day rule
Order before 2:00 PM and it arrives today.
After that, your order goes out on the next delivery day. Every order needs at least 2 hours of prep, so the earliest window you'll see depends on when you order.
Some pieces, like money bouquets, need a day's notice. You'll see it on their page.

If a flower isn't at its best
We swap it for one in the same color range, of equal or greater value. We tell you on WhatsApp first, never after.
In-store pickup
Choose “Pick up in store” at checkout: no delivery fee, and we'll tell you when it's ready. Coming by without an order? Our pull-up service wraps a bouquet in about 15 minutes.

If nobody answers the door
We call the recipient and you. If no one picks up, we only leave the flowers at a front desk, with a concierge or a neighbor if you say so; otherwise they come back to the shop and we set up a new delivery with you on WhatsApp.
Hospitals and funeral homes
Hospitals: before heading out we confirm the unit accepts flowers (some, like intensive care, don't). Give us the patient's name and, if you know it, the room. Funeral homes and churches: give us the person's name, the room and the service time so the flowers arrive first.
Questions, answered
How late can I order for today?
Until 2:00 PM, Miami time. Each bouquet's calendar only shows days and windows that are still open: if you see it, it arrives.
Can I choose an exact time?
You choose a delivery window, not an exact time: that's how we plan routes across Miami-Dade. For a surprise at a set time, message us on WhatsApp before ordering.
How far ahead can I schedule a delivery?
Up to 60 days ahead. For Mother's Day, book early: those windows fill up first.
How much is delivery?
It depends on the zone, starting at $15. Type your ZIP on this page to see the rate and the order minimum before you reach the cart.
Do you deliver outside Miami-Dade?
For now we deliver within Miami-Dade. If your address is outside our zones, message us on WhatsApp and we'll tell you if it's doable, or pick it up at the shop.
Can I change the address or the card message?
Yes, as long as the order hasn't left the shop. Message us on WhatsApp with your name and delivery date.
