Who we are

This site belongs to Angela's Flower's Miami, a flower shop in the Miami Design District. By using it, placing an order or creating an account, you agree to these terms.

Orders and prices

Prices are in US dollars. Your order total includes the flowers, the delivery fee for your zone and, when it applies, the discount from a valid code.

An order is confirmed once we confirm it in writing (WhatsApp or email) and, once online payment is live, when the charge is authorized.

Delivery and pickup

The same-day cutoff, delivery windows and ZIP code fees are the ones shown on the Delivery page and in the cart when you order.

If no one can receive the flowers, we'll follow the instructions you left. Without instructions, we'll contact you to arrange a second delivery, which may have a cost.

Substitutions

We work with fresh flowers. If a flower or color isn't available that day, we replace it with one of equal or higher value in the same style, and we let you know first when the change is noticeable.

Changes and cancellations

You can change or cancel an order by messaging us before we start preparing it. Once it's prepared or on its way, it can't be cancelled.

Club account

To create an account you need a valid email and a password. You're responsible for keeping it private. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

We may close accounts used for fraud or discount abuse.

Discount codes and offers

Each code has its own conditions: validity dates, minimum order, number of uses and whether it combines with others. One code per order. Codes have no cash value and don't apply to orders already paid.

If a code expires between the moment you apply it and when we confirm the order, we'll tell you before charging.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Photos on this site

Photos show our work as a reference. Every bouquet is made by hand, so yours may vary slightly in shape and tones.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll post the new version here with its date. Orders already placed follow the terms in force when they were placed.
