Substitution policy
If a flower isn't at its best, it doesn't go in
We work with fresh flowers that come into the market every day, and nature doesn't always keep to schedule. If any flower in your order doesn't arrive at its best, we replace it.
Same color family
Your bouquet keeps the palette you chose.
Equal or higher value
We never swap in a cheaper flower.
We tell you first
We message you on WhatsApp before we build it.
